• Administration Fee: $100.00 (non-refundable)

• Apartment Hold Fee: $100.00 (applied to first month's rent)
• Security Deposit: $200.00 (refundable)
• Garage Fee: $85.00 per month
• Carport Fee: $45.00 per month
